Dr. Ahsan has been helping me with chronic pain that I have had since 2014. He started treating me in 2017 after I had been to several other specialists. In working with Dr. Ahsan, we went through several procedures before discussing the use of an An implantable neurostimulator. We went through a 9 day trail and I am now 5 months post opt. It has truly be life changing. The relief of pain and the hope of returning to some resemblance of normal life has been amazing. If you haven't looked into dorsal root ganglion (DRG) DRG Neurostimulation System, please do.

I have been going to NSPC for many years after 3 spinal surgeries and Dr. Ahsan has worked to try to keep me comfortable. The epidural shots I got always wore off and I would end in the same spot I started. Most recently Dr. Ahsan introduced me to the idea of a spinal cord stimulator. I just finished a week trial of the HF10. I worked with Brook, the company rep, to get just the right balance of stimulation for my body. Once she found the right level for me I felt like the pain in my lower back and leg shut off. I have plans to move ahead with the permanent placement and look forward to relief!
